Breakthrough
I’m happy to share my love for this beautiful artist who puts all of her feelings into every painting she does. I have bought some of her existing work and have also commissioned others. For me, her work is amazing, and I feel connected to the beauty and inner glow of her soul expressed in her work. She shapes the lines into peaceful landscapes. The color schemes are vibrant and calming at the same time. I strongly recommend her work. The Journey
When I came across “The Journey” I was immediately struck by the feeling that came over me. I had been searching for a piece for a very focal point in my home for years and was patiently waiting to find the match. The colors were the first draw, light and airy on top, flowing into more bold colors and lines towards the center and what felt like a sense of strength and balance on the bottom. Much like our life, we are created in the image of something greater than us who embodies strength and balance. We flow through life, picking up experiences and learnings that shape our lives, and often times these take shape in so many different forms and directions. Many of these encounters make us feel burdened or dark like the middle of the painting and some airy and light like the top.
This painting is such a beautiful depiction of life, we always have strength and balance inside us regardless of what the journey looks like and that leads us to feeling renewed, loved and hopeful to wake up and doing it all over again the next day.

Ascend: Lorey's Journey
I have been drawn to art, especially landscapes, for years. After seeing several of Tess’s pieces, I knew that I had to have her create one that was especially unique to my family. She asked many questions, dug into the things in life that are important to us, and what makes us who we are. We spoke a lot about faith, and the journey that each one of us is on, focusing on God, and having the light of the Lord shine through us. We told Tess to paint from her heart, that we knew whatever she created would be incredible. And when I first saw the piece, tears came to my eyes. It was so incredible, emotional and so full of us. Ironically, the scene was very similar to an obscure location that we had visited, and fell in love with, in Iceland a few years before. There’s no way that she could’ve known that! The beauty of the painting, the talent that shines through, the masterful use of colors and details make this a priceless piece of art that will be an heirloom in our family.

What can I say about Tess and her incredible talent? The prophetic voice and prayer that goes into each piece creates a breathtaking outcome. Tess has mastered the use of color and light.
